The opportunity
The Clients & Industries (C&I) Revenue Planning Lead will have overall global oversight and leadership of the Global C&I Revenue Planning Team within the Enablement & Technology domain. The role will team closely with Global and Region Clients & Industries Leadership and domains on cross-functional initiatives and translate EY’s strategic priorities into the revenue planning business process.
The role will lead the continued evolution of global sales and revenue planning, strengthening the processes, governance and capabilities that connect account-level growth ambitions with regional and global business priorities. The role will collaborate with teams to identify and enable opportunities to use AI and advanced technologies to improve planning effectiveness, decision support, process efficiency and user adoption across the revenue planning lifecycle. The role will also have a hands-on delivery role across the range of sales and revenue planning activities.
The role will be responsible for performance management of the Revenue Planning Team, including LEAD counselor responsibilities and the integration of GDS resource capability.
As a key member of the Enablement & Technology domain, the role will collaborate on a broader set of Global Clients & Industries priorities and may act as sponsor for agreed strategic initiatives.
