Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Provide administrative and instructional support as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service to UBTech students and the community.
- Monitor student activities and help ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and follow policy regarding the release of information
- Attend all institutional activities, functions, events and meetings as appropriate
- Actively participate with the accreditation process
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word Processing, Outlook, Excel
- Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relations
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license
Work Location: Vernal Campus, Carpentry Fundamentals & Construction Technology Program.
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-2:30pm
This is a part-time, non-benefitted position.
