About the job

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

This role secures structural cargo capacity (e.g. BSA’s) and interline capacity (e.g. SPA’s) from other airlines, mainly freighter operators, to extend our cargo network beyond our own fleet. • Negotiation: negotiate blocked space agreements and other capacity arrangements, including pricing, volumes, terms and contract duration.
  • Operational setup: turn signed agreements into working operations. This includes coordinating with handling, operations, revenue accounting, IT and sales, and setting up booking, documentation, interline and settlement processes.
  • Partner management: manage existing partnerships, track performance and use, and find opportunities to expand them.
  • Problem resolution: resolve operational, commercial or contractual issues with partners, such as offloads, service failures, capacity shortfalls and billing disputes.

Strategy and presentations (about 15% of time)

  • Ad hoc analysis: prepare decks and analysis on short notice for management and stakeholders.
  • Long-term projects: contribute to longer-term strategic projects on network, capacity and partnership development.

Other (about 5% of time)

  • Ad hoc requests and support for the wider cargo department.

Key relationships
